4. Places to find free-to-use music for projects
1) Dig CC Mixter http://dig.ccmixter.org/
offers thousands of hours of free music. The music on this site has different Creative Commons licenses so you need to check whether you need to attribute the music or not (attribute means saying who made the music and where it’s from etc).
2) BBC has a lot of sound effects http://bbcsfx.acropolis.org.uk/
3) YouTube has an audio library https://www.youtube.com/audiolibrary/music
4) Other sites: http://bit.ly/2In4dvl
5) Musopen https://musopen.org/music/

5. Make some music with Google song make
Google’s Song Maker https://musiclab.chromeexperiments.com/Song-Maker/
Play around with it to make a tune and then click Save in the bottom right-hand corner.
Next, you can copy the embed code. Another option is to copy the link to your song if you don’t want it embedded in your post.
In your blog post, go to Add Media > Insert Embed Code
Paste your embed code and press Insert Into Post

This is my song: I have called it

Play zoom out with me

Let’s play the “Zoom Out” game! It’s fun, easy, and collaborative! Just take a look at the picture below. What do you think is happening? How did that happen? What is the story behind this? I just need one commenter to get the story going, and the rest of us will continue to add ONE comment until his story is told. Just follow these simple guidelines to contribute to our mysterious story:

The 1st commenter starts the story in the comments below by writing one sentence (include the subject in photo). Number your sentence

The 2nd commenter copies the sentence, pastes it in their comment, and adds onto the story by writing the next thing they would see if the picture was “Zoomed Out.”

This process continues until the story ends.

I will update my blog with the full story at the end.

My favourite celebration - Flipgrid project

This is what I will say on the Flipgrid project with Australia.
My favourite celebration are weddings. I love weddings. In December it was my uncle's wedding.
The bride wore a white dress and the bridegroom wore a black suit. It was the best day ever.

A story from a free image - what happened next?

We are learning about using free or Creative Commons images from the Internet. Today we used Creative Commons images that do not require attribution from Pixabay. We created a story that ends with the words ‘ What happens next’. Can you finish my story for me?

Once there was a beautiful girl whose name was Lizzy. She lived in a beautiful tree with her teddy bear. He couldn't talk. She liked to read to her teddy bear. One day she climbed down the tree to get some food. When she got back...
